Cultivation Techniques of Industrial Pepper in Yunnan
云南工业辣椒的辣度高、市场前景好,产业发展迅速,现已发展成当地乡村振兴的重要产业.受种植区地理与气候环境差异等因素影响,当地工业辣椒育苗存在成苗率低、生产成本高的问题,加之椒农栽培管理不规范,导致田间病害严重、丰产稳产性差,严重制约产业提质增效.通过近年来田间试验与示范,从地块与品种选择、播种育苗、整地施肥、定植、大田管理及采收等关键环节,总结了云南工业辣椒栽培技术,可为当地工业辣椒标准化生产提供参考.
Industrial pepper in Yunnan features high pungency and promising market prospects.Its industry has developed rapidly and become an important pillar industry for rural revitalization in local areas.Affected by geographical and climatic differences in planting regions,the seedling raising of industrial pepper faces problems such as low seedling survival rate and high production cost.In addition,non-standard cultivation and management by local growers have resulted in severe field diseases and poor high and stable yield performance,which seriously restrict the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the industry.Based on field experiments and demonstration popularization in recent years,this paper summarizes the key cultivation techniques for industrial pepper in Yunnan,including site and variety selection,sowing and seedling raising,land preparation and fertilization,field planting,field management and harvesting.The results can provide a theoretical and practical reference for standardized production of industrial pepper in Yunnan.
