With the rapid development of China's pepper industry,traditional planting patterns are facing challenges including high production costs,high labor intensity and low resource utilization efficiency.According to the production characteristics of processing pepper,key technologies such as fine variety selection,mechanized operation,integrated water and fertilizer management,and green pest prevention and control were integrated.A standardized cultivation technology system oriented to simplification and high efficiency was constructed,with the core characteristics of labor saving,fertilizer saving and pesticide saving.Production practice has verified that this technology can remarkably reduce the input of labor,chemical fertilizers and pesticides in large-scale cultivation,thereby achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.The establishment and popularization of this technology possess important practical significance and application value for guaranteeing stable quality and sufficient raw material supply of processing pepper,improving comprehensive industrial benefits and sustainable development level,and facilitating the transformation and upgrading of the pepper industry.
