适宜汝城种植的优质抗病、剁制专用辣椒新组合筛选OA
Screening of New High-Quality,Disease-Resistant,Chopping-Dedicated Pepper Hybrids Suitable for Cultivation in Rucheng
湖南汝城县是我国重要的剁制专用辣椒种植产地,现有部分主栽辣椒品种对汝城县的春季低温阴雨、夏季高温干旱的气候条件适应性较差,且不能满足加工需求.为筛选适宜汝城种植的优质抗病、剁制专用辣椒品种,本研究对49个辣椒新品种(组合)的13个主要农艺性状变异特性、相关性、主成分进行了分析,结果发现,13个农艺性状变异系数为12.56%~49.57%,Pearson 相关系数范围为0.01~0.87;通过主成分分析,构建出株高、株幅、主茎长、主茎粗、叶长5个主成分作为农艺性状评价指标,5个主成分累计方差解释率为75.81%;结合主成分分析评价结果、果实品质和熟性对49个辣椒组合进行了评价,结果表明:19GZ06和17MD11两个辣椒新组合果实大小适中,果柄易脱落,每667 m2 产量均达2 700 kg以上,干物质含量均大于18%,辣度均大于3万SHU,对炭疽病、疫病、病毒病抗性较强,适合作为辣椒剁制专用品种.
Rucheng County in Hunan Province is a major production area for chopping-dedicated peppers in China.Some of the currently dominant pepper varieties exhibit poor adaptability to the local climatic conditions—low temperatures and rainy weather in spring,high temperatures and drought in summer—and fail to meet processing requirements.To screen high-quality,disease-resistant,chopping-dedicated pepper varieties suitable for Rucheng,this study analyzed the variability,correlation,and principal components of 13 major agronomic traits in 49 new pepper hybrids.The results showed that the coefficients of variation for the 13 agronomic traits ranged from 12.56%to 49.57%,and Pearson correlation coefficients varied from 0.01 to 0.87.Through principal component analysis(PCA),five principal components—plant height,plant spread,main stem length,main stem diameter,and leaf length—were identified as evaluation indicators for agronomic traits,with a cumulative variance explanation rate of 75.81%.The 49 hybrids were further evaluated based on PCA results,fruit quality,and maturity.Two new hybrids,19GZ06 and 17MD11,exhibited moderate fruit size,easy fruit stalk abscission,yields exceeding 2,700 kg per 667 m²,dry matter content above 18%,pungency greater than 30,000 SHU,and strong resistance to anthracnose,phytophthora blight,and viral diseases.These two hybrids are suitable as dedicated varieties for pepper chopping processing.
