本研究以'湘辣670'为试材,采用膜下滴灌模式,在常规等量化肥施用的基础上设置不同浓度梯度(稀释200、300、400、500、600倍)的小分子肽氨基酸肥处理组,以清水为对照(CK),探究该肥料对辣椒生长、产量及果实品质的影响.结果表明,施用小分子肽氨基酸肥对辣椒的生长、产量及品质都具有明显促进作用.初花期施用稀释500倍浓度的小分子肽氨基酸肥,辣椒株高、叶片叶绿素含量(SPAD 值)较CK分别提高了12.71%、8.19%,而茎粗、叶面积无显著差异;盛果期与采收期,随着肥料浓度的增加辣椒株高、茎粗、SPAD 值、叶面积均表现出先升高后降低的趋势,较佳施用浓度为稀释400倍,盛果期该浓度处理组的上述指标较CK 显著提高了10.88%、7.70%、9.09%、20.52%;采收期较CK分别显著提高了10.68%、9.44%、7.48%、18.35%.此外,在产量上400倍稀释处理的小区干椒产量较CK提高了12.11%,果实单果鲜质量、果纵径、果横径、果肉厚度、单株果数、单株鲜椒质量、单株干椒质量均显著提升,但坐果率无显著差异;在果实品质改善方面,稀释400倍的处理同样表现较优,果实中游离氨基酸、可溶性糖以及维生素C含量分别增加了22.13%、21.15%、34.27%,而可溶性蛋白含量无显著差异.综上,基于盛果期至采收期是决定辣椒最终产量和商品品质的关键阶段,在生产过程中施用稀释400倍的小分子肽氨基酸肥可获得较高的经济效益.

This study used the pepper variety'Xiangla 670'as the test material under drip irrigation under mulch.On the basis of equal conventional chemical fertilizer application,treatments with different concentration gradients of small-molecule peptide amino acid fertilizer(diluted 200-fold,300-fold,400-fold,500-fold,and 600-fold)were set,with distilled water as the control(CK).The effects of this fertilizer on pepper growth,yield and fruit quality were investigated.The results showed that the application of small-molecule peptide amino acid fertilizer significantly promoted pepper growth,yield and quality.At the initial flowering stage,application of the fertilizer diluted 500-fold increased plant height and leaf SPAD value by 12.71%and 8.19%,respectively,compared with CK,while stem diameter and leaf area showed no significant differences.At the full fruiting and harvesting stages,plant height,stem diameter,SPAD value and leaf area all increased first and then decreased with increasing fertilizer concentration,with the optimal concentration being 400-fold dilution.At the full fruiting stage,these indicators in the 400-fold dilution treatment were significantly increased by 10.88%,7.70%,9.09%and 20.52%,respectively,compared with CK;at the harvesting stage,they were significantly increased by 10.68%,9.44%,7.48%and 18.35%,respectively.In terms of yield,the dry yield per plot in the 400-fold dilution treatment was increased by 12.11%compared with CK.Single fruit fresh weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit transverse diameter,pericarp thickness,fruit number per plant,fresh weight per plant and dry weight per plant were all significantly improved,while fruit set rate showed no significant difference.For fruit quality improvement,the 400-fold dilution treatment also performed best,with free amino acid,soluble sugar and vitamin C contents in fruits increased by 22.13%,21.15%and 34.27%,respectively,while soluble protein content showed no significant difference.In conclusion,since the period from full fruiting to harvesting is critical for determining the final yield and market quality of pepper,applying small-molecule peptide amino acid fertilizer diluted 400-fold in production can achieve higher economic benefits.
