不锈钢中铁素体含量测定方法对比与评价OA
Comparison and evaluation of ferrite content determination methods in stainless steel
为了更科学地评价不锈钢中的铁素体含量,从而有效地指导生产及产品研发,针对不同牌号的不锈钢产品,采用磁性法、金相法和化学分析法对不锈钢中的铁素体含量进行测定.结果表明:磁性法方便快捷,但有一定的局限性,不能判断不锈钢的组织构成;金相法能够对不锈钢的组织类型进行判断,分为严重视场法和平均视场法,测定过程较为直观,可信度较高;化学分析法能够测定钢的组织类型和铁素体含量,仅作定性参考.
In order to evaluate the ferrite content in stainless steel more scientifically and effectively guide the production and product development,the ferrite content in stainless steel was determined by magnetic method,metallographic method and chemical analysis method for different grades of stainless steel products.The results show that the magnetic method was convenient and quick,but it had certain limitations and could not judge the microstructure of stainless steel.The metallographic method could judge the microstructure type of stainless steel,which was divided into serious field-of-view method and average field of view method.The measurement process was more intuitive and reliable.The chemical analysis method could determine the microstructure type and ferrite content of steel,and it was only suitable for qualitative reference.
