上颌前牙区即刻种植修复技术对种植体软组织变化、PES的影响及经济价值OA
Effects of immediate implant placement and restoration on soft tissue changes,Pink Esthetic Score,and economic value of dental implants in the anterior maxillary region
目的 研究上颌前牙区即刻种植修复技术对种植体软组织变化、粉红色美学评分(PES)的影响及经济价值.方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月张家口市第一医院就诊的上颌前牙单牙缺失患者22例入组研究,在征询患者意见后分为对照组和观察组,每组11例.对照组采用早期种植修复技术治疗,观察组采用即刻种植修复技术治疗.比较两组种植体植入后6个月时二期手术执行率、7个月后永久修复率、种植体修复效果、PES、修复后软组织评价优良率、口腔卫生情况(牙周疾病评分、非牙周疾病评分及龈沟出血指数)以及治疗成本.结果 对照组与观察组种植体植入后6个月时二期手术执行率以及7个月后永久修复率均为90.91%(10/11);两组上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组软组织PES优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组软组织评价优良率为90.91%(10/11),与对照组的72.73%(8/11)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组牙周疾病评分、龈沟出血指数优于对照组(P<0.05).两组非牙周疾病评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).对照组与观察组的修复成功率均为90.91%(10/11),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组基础费用、附加费用、总费用低于对照组(P<0.05).两组其他费用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 与早期种植修复技术比较,上颌前牙区即刻种植修复技术对种植体软组织变化、PES及经济价值具有一定优势.
Objective To investigate the impact of immediate implant placement and restoration on soft tissue changes,Pink Esthetic Score(PES),and economic value in the maxillary anterior region.Methods Twenty-two patients with single anterior maxillary tooth loss who visited the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected for the study.After obtaining patient consent,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 11 patients in each group.The control group was treated with early implant placement and restoration,while the observation group was treated with immediate implant placement and restoration.The second-stage surgery execution rate at 6 months after implant placement,permanent restoration rate at 7 months,implant restoration effect,PES,excellent/good rate of soft tissue evaluation after restoration,oral hygiene status(periodontal disease score,non-periodontal disease score,and gingival bleeding index),and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Results The second-stage surgery execution rate at 6 months after implant placement and the permanent restoration rate at 7 months after implant placement in both the control group and the observation group were 90.91%(10/11);there was no significant difference in these indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).The soft tissue PES of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent/good rate of soft tissue evaluation in the observation group was 90.91%(10/11),which was not statistically different from that of the control group(72.73%,8/11)(P>0.05).The periodontal disease score and gingival bleeding index in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the non-periodontal disease score between the two groups(P>0.05).The restoration success rate of both the control group and the observation group was 90.91%(10/11),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The basic cost,additional cost,and total cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other costs between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with early implant placement and restoration,immediate implant placement and restoration in the maxillary anterior region offers certain advantages in terms of soft tissue changes,PES,and cost-effectiveness.
