江西省产业链科技创新联合体发展路径研究OA

The industrial-chain sci-tech innovation consortia drive industrial innovation through technological breakthroughs by integrating high-quality resources from universities,research institutes,and enterprises to solve key challenges within industrial chains.In recent years,Jiangxi Province has made significant progress in the internal development and sci-tech innovation services of these consortia.However,persistent issues remain,including inef-ficient management and coordination mechanisms,inadequate supervision and evaluation sys-tems,insufficient resource allocation,and a lack of vitality within the innovation ecosystem.Based on field research and case analysis,this paper examines the constraining factors affect-ing the development of these consortia in Jiangxi Province.It proposes countermeasures such as optimizing the layout and development models,innovating management and coordination mechanisms,improving evaluation systems,and strengthening resource guarantees.The aim is to promote the high-quality development of industrial-chain sci-tech innovation consortia in Jiangxi Province.
