政府激励下航空企业科技创新策略演化与仿真OA

Evolutionary Game and Simulation of Technological Innovation Strategies of Aviation Enterprises under Government Incentives:A Perspective Based on Management and R&D Departments

党的二十大报告指出,要建设现代化产业体系,推进新型工业化.在此背景下,鉴于政企双方共同参与以及产业自身发展的内在需求,如何提高对航空企业的激励效率,并进一步完善新时代航空科技创新体系,成为当前亟待解决的问题.基于演化博弈理论,构建政府激励下航空企业管理层和研发部门的演化博弈模型,分析航空技术成熟度、预期创新性和参研单位交互程度等因素对创新决策的复杂机理,探究政府激励对航空企业创新策略及意愿的调节作用.研究发现,政府分级激励对航空企业的激励作用优于静态激励,分级激励与航空科技成熟度、预期创新性配适度越高,其对航空企业创新策略及意愿的调节作用越强.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the necessity of building a modern industrial system and promoting new industrial-ization.Against this background,considering the joint participation of both government and enterprises and the inherent needs of industrial development,how to enhance the incentive efficiency for aviation enterprises and refine the aviation sci-tech innovation system in the new era has become an urgent problem.Based on evolutionary game theory,this study con-structs an evolutionary game model between the management and R&D departments of avia-tion enterprises under government incentives.It analyzes the complex mechanisms of factors such as aviation technology readiness,expected innovativeness,and the degree of interaction between research units on innovation decision-making,and explores the moderating effect of government incentives on innovation strategies and willingness.The findings indicate that graded government incentives outperform static incentives in motivating aviation enterprises.The higher the alignment between graded incentives and factors like technology readiness and expected innovativeness,the stronger the moderating effect on the innovation strategies and willingness of aviation enterprises.
