在"双碳"目标引领下,新质生产力通过重构产业形态和升级技术体系,加速驱动经济发展方式向绿色低碳转型.基于2010-2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,探究"双碳"目标下新质生产力的碳减排效应及其作用机制.研究发现:新质生产力对碳排放量具有抑制效应,该结论经过一系列稳健性检验仍然成立.机制分析表明,推动产业结构升级和绿色技术创新是新质生产力显著抑制碳排放的两条重要途径.异质性分析表明,新质生产力的碳减排效应存在区域差异性特征,西部地区的表现更为突出;在新质生产力体系中,新劳动者和新劳动资料促进碳减排作用更显著.据此,建议强化新质生产力的多元支撑体系,优化产业结构,推动绿色技术创新以及实施精准化、差异化的政策举措,以充分释放新质生产力的碳减排效应.

Under the guidance of the dual carbon goals,new quality productive forces are accelerating the shift of economic development toward green and low-carbon models by restructuring industrial patterns and upgrading technological systems.Based on panel data from 30 Chinese provinces from 2010 to 2022,this paper explores the carbon emission reduc-tion effect of new quality productive forces and its underlying mechanisms.The study finds that new quality productive forces exhibit a significant inhibitory effect on carbon emissions,a conclusion that remains robust after a series of robustness tests.Mechanism analysis reveals that industrial structure upgrading and green technology innovation are two important path-ways through which new quality productive forces substantially curb carbon emissions.Hetero-geneity analysis reveals that the carbon emission reduction effect exhibits regional dispari-ties,with the western region demonstrating a more pronounced effect.Within the new quality productive forces system,new laborers and new means of labor play a more significant role in promoting carbon emission reduction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the diversi-fied support system for new quality productive forces by optimizing industrial structures,pro-moting green technology innovation,and implementing targeted,differentiated policy mea-sures to fully unlock their carbon emission reduction potential.
