数绿协同促进制造业新质化发展价值共创机制研究OA

The new-quality development of the manufacturing sector is of significant im-portance for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and enhancing China's global competitiveness.Identifying its key elements and clarifying their interrelationships are crucial to driving this development.This study selects two leading enterprises,Haier Group and Midea Group,as research subjects.Employing grounded theory,it extracts the key elements of new-quality development in manufacturing and analyzes their synergistic mechanisms.The findings reveal that:First,breakthrough innovation,digital-intelligent transformation,re-source orchestration,industrial chain restructuring,and green development are key elements.Second,breakthrough innovation and digital-intelligent transformation exhibit bidirectional synergy,collectively forming a technology upgrade network that serves as the core of new-quality development,thereby driving manufacturing toward digitalization.Third,green devel-opment acts as a key engine,propelling the sector toward green transformation.Fourth,facili-tated by the synergy between digitalization and green development("digital-green syn-ergy"),resource orchestration and industrial chain restructuring form a value co-creation net-work,which constitutes critical support for new-quality development.Moreover,enterprises exhibit differentiated strategic priorities during this process.
