Impact of Sci-tech Finance on the Development of the Low-altitude Economy

通过构建理论框架和实证模型检验,利用2012-2023年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证分析科技金融对低空经济产业发展的推动作用.研究发现,科技金融对低空经济发展具有显著正向促进作用.研究进一步发现,技术进步以及科技人才聚集作为中介变量,在科技金融促进低空经济发展过程中存在中介效应.此外,在跨越20.28%的临界阈值时,技术成果转化率对科技金融促进低空经济发展具有门槛效应.基于回归分析结果,提出如下政策建议:加强科技金融发展,特别是要加强对低空经济发展相对滞后的中西部地区的支持;激发创新活力,推动相关专利技术发展;优化人才培养模式,促进人才集聚;针对性地强化基础研发支持与风险补偿机制,提升技术成果转化率,以更好地促进低空经济发展.

By constructing a theoretical framework and empirical models,this study ana-lyzes the driving role of sci-tech finance in the development of the low-altitude economy in-dustry using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces from 2012 to 2023.The results show that sci-tech finance has a significant positive promoting effect on the development of the low-altitude economy.Furthermore,technological progress and the agglomeration of sci-tech tal-ents act as mediating variables,exerting mediating effects in this promotion process.In addi-tion,the transformation rate of technological achievements demonstrates a threshold effect;once it crosses the critical threshold of 20.28%,its impact becomes more pronounced.Based on the regression results,the following policy suggestions are proposed:strengthen the devel-opment of sci-tech finance,particularly by increasing support for the central and western re-gions where the low-altitude economy is relatively lagging;stimulate innovation vitality to promote patent development;optimize talent cultivation models to encourage talent agglomera-tion;and specifically strengthen basic R&D support and risk compensation mechanisms to improve the transformation rate of technological achievements.
