复杂环境下的烧结机篦条故障实时检测方法研究OA
Research on Real-time Detection Method of Grate Faults in Sintering Machine Under Complex Environments
在烧结机篦条运行过程中,尘埃干扰、相机遮挡等复杂环境会降低篦条检测精度和增加误报率.为了实现篦条故障智能化实时监测,提出了一种基于动态自适应掩膜的篦条故障检测方法,以鞍钢的篦条故障作为在线检测实验对象,分析篦条运行时面临的复杂环境特征.以帧差法和阈值法为基础,通过生成和更新用于相机遮挡检测的自适应掩膜,将篦条图像中的遮挡、干扰特征从故障检测范围中排除,从而降低故障检测的误报率.对比实验表明,所述方法在应用中能够得到理想的准确率和误报率,能够确保篦条检测的可靠性.
During the operation of the sintering machine grate,complex environments such as dust interference and camera occlusion can reduce the accuracy of grate detection and increase the false alarm rate.In order to achieve intelligent real-time monitoring of grate faults,a grate fault detection method based on dynamic adaptive masks is proposed in this paper,in this study,the grate fault of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation is taken as the online detection experimental object.We first analyze the complex environmental characteristics faced by the grate bars during operation.Based on the frame difference method and threshold method,the adaptive mask for camera occlusion detection is generated and updated to exclude occlusion and interference features in the grate bar image from the fault detection range,thereby reducing the false alarm rate of fault detection.The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve ideal accuracy and false alarm rates in application,ensuring the reliability of grate detection.
