高频聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)覆铜板广泛应用于高性能服务器、5G/6G 通讯等电子系统,其槽孔质量将影响电子产品的可靠性.但激光加工槽孔经常存在孔型差、热影响区严重等质量问题.该文采用红外飞秒激光加工 PTFE 覆铜板槽孔,利用飞秒激光加工实验的槽孔质量实验数据,建立槽孔质量预测模型,并通过实验验证预测模型的准确率.研究结果表明:建立的BP 人工神经网络槽孔宽度预测模型决定系数 R2 为 0.98,模型可靠性高;随机选择加工参数进行质量预测并与实验结果反复对比的结果如下:槽孔宽度预测偏差为 1.22%、深度预测偏差为 9.86%、锥度预测偏差为 10%、热影响区宽度预测偏差为 6.9%;优化后飞秒激光加工覆铜板槽孔的加工质量参数值预测偏差在 5%以内.因此模型的质量预测准确率较高,可用于指导实际生产.

High-frequency polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)copper-clad laminates are widely used in electronic systems such as high-performance servers and 5G/6G communications.The quality of their slots will affect the reliability of electronic products.However,laser processing of slots often suffers from quality problems such as poor hole shape and severe heat-affected zone.This paper uses femtosecond infrared laser to process PTFE copper-clad plate slots,uses the slot quality experimental data of the femtosecond laser processing experiment to build a slot quality prediction model,and verifies the accuracy of the prediction model through experiments.The research results show that the coefficient of determination R2 of the built BP artificial neural network slot width prediction model is 0.98,and the model is highly reliable.The processing parameters are randomly selected for quality prediction and repeatedly compared with the experimental results.The result is that the slot width prediction deviation is 1.22%.The depth prediction deviation is 9.86%,the taper prediction deviation is 10%,and the heat-affected zone width prediction deviation is 6.9%;after optimization,the prediction deviation of the processing quality parameter value of femtosecond laser processing of copper-clad plate slots is within 5%.Therefore,the quality prediction accuracy of the model is high and can be used to guide actual production.
