滚抛磨块材质与尺寸对沟槽类零件加工效果的影响OA

为研究滚磨光整加工中滚抛磨块的材质与尺寸对沟槽类零件加工效果的影响,选用8种材质分别为红色G3P、白色G3P、黑色G3P、红陶瓷、白陶瓷、棕陶瓷的不同尺寸滚抛磨块,对沟槽类零件进行加工.研究了不同材质与尺寸的滚抛磨块对沟槽类零件棱边及表面的微观形貌、表面轮廓与表面粗糙度的影响,同时对滚抛磨块的磨耗情况进行分析.结果表明,以黑色G3P磨块加工后的试件棱边倒圆均匀,表面划痕基本去除,表面轮廓平整,表面粗糙度降至0.19μm,表面粗糙度下降率达到51%,加工效果较优;以白色G3P磨块加工后的试件棱边倒圆较小且表面仍存在划痕;以红色G3P磨块加工的效果介于前两种G3P磨块之间;棕陶瓷磨块在加工中出现脱粉现象,试件表面加工效果较差;以白陶瓷磨块加工后,试件棱边未完成倒圆,表面仍有明显划痕;以红陶瓷磨块加工后,试件棱边倒圆明显,表面基本无划痕;2.0 mm黑色G3P磨块加工后试件的表面形貌较其他尺寸的黑色G3P磨块更好.

To investigate the influence of the material and size of rolling grinding blocks on the machining effect of groove-type parts in rolling grinding finishing,eight types of rolling grinding blocks made of different materials and sizes were selected,inclu-ding red G3P,white G3P,black G3P,red ceramic,white ceramic,and brown ceramic grinding blocks,as well as grinding blocks of different sizes,were used to process groove-type parts.The study investigated the effects of different materials and sizes of grinding blocks on the microstructure,surface profile,and surface roughness of the edges and surfaces of groove-type parts,while also analyzing the wear conditions of the grinding blocks.The results showed that after processing with black G3P grinding blocks,the edges of the test pieces were uniformly rounded,surface scratches were basically removed,the surface contour was flat,and the surface roughness was reduced to 0.19 μm,with a surface roughness reduction rate of 51%,indicating superior pro-cessing results;after processing with white G3P grinding blocks,the edges of the test pieces were slightly rounded,and surface scratches remained;the processing effect of the red G3P grinding block was intermediate between the former two G3P grinding blocks;the brown ceramic grinding block experienced powder shedding during processing,resulting in poor surface processing effects on the test specimens;after processing with the white ceramic grinding block,the edges of the test piece were not fully rounded,and there were still noticeable scratches on the surface;after processing with the red ceramic grinding block,the edges of the test piece were significantly rounded,and the surface was basically free of scratches;the 2.0 mm black G3P grinding block produced better surface morphology on the test piece compared to other sizes of black G3P grinding blocks.
