不同凸凹模结构组合对金属板料冲孔质量研究OA
Study on the influence of different structure combination between the punch with die on the hole quality in the metal sheets
金属板料冲压过程中,产生的毛刺将随着凸模回程反向倒挂,此带料过程将严重影响冲孔质量.为减少毛刺的产生,借助ABAQUS有限元仿真结合Johnson-Cook动态本构模型(J-C模型)建立了金属板料冲孔过程的数值仿真模型.通过模拟430不锈钢的冲裁过程,对冲孔后的断裂分离行为进行了分析,实验结果验证了仿真模型的准确性和可靠性.进一步对比了平头凹模平刃、平头凹模斜刃、沉头凹模平刃及沉头凹模斜刃等不同冲孔模型的冲裁效果,探究了刃口形状、模具结构对冲裁件表面质量的影响.结果表明,斜刃凸模结构可显著延缓冲裁力的快速上升,沉头凹模结构可大幅降低毛刺的生成,二者的优化结合可兼顾凸模寿命和毛刺产生.冲裁仿真优化为实际金属板料冲裁加工提供了理论支持和技术指导,可极大减少研发周期和提高加工质量.
The burr during the punching process will reversely move with the return of punch,seriously decreasing the hole quality.To minimize the burr formation,a numerical simulation model was developed using the Johnson-Cook dynamic constitutive model(J-C model)in ABAQUS.By contrasting the simulation result with the experimental result of the punching process in 430 stainless steel and analyzing the fracture behavior,the reliability of model was experimentally verified.Then,the different matches of punch and die were comparatively analyzed to reveal the influence of different structures on the punched hole,such as the flat punch matching the normal die,the normal die matching the punch with oblique blade,the countersunk die matching the punch with flat blade and countersunk die matching the punch with oblique blade.The results showed that a punch with oblique blade can significantly soften the quick rise of punching force and the countersunk die can significantly decrease burr formation.The combination of the two structures will realize an optimized result for the service life of punch and burr formation.The optimization of the punching process based on ABAQUS simulation provides theoretical support and technical guidance for actual metal sheet punching processing,which can significantly decrease the development cycle and effectively improve the machining quality.
