突发与紧急情形拥堵路段疏导模型的设计与应用OA
Design and application of a guidance model for congested road sections during emergencies and unexpected situations
[背景]高速公路发生交通事故时,市内救援力量往往因城市道路和高速公路的交通拥堵无法及时到达事故现场,延误救援时机,严重危害人民生命财产安全.[目标]实时更新救护车救援路径并减少通行时间,提高救援效率.[方法]构建城市路径决策模型和高速公路队列控制模型:城市路径决策模型通过拓扑理念将真实城市主干道转化为元胞空间,根据真实道路密度设置车辆分布,由道路当前车辆数与可承载最大车辆数的比值计算得到决策分数,选择数值最小的道路方向动态更新救护车行进路线,使救护车以最短时间到达高速公路收费站;高速公路队列控制模型以协调队列规划协议为基础,通过救护车车队主动变道或前一车队让行两种方式,使救护车车队以最短时间到达事故点进行救援.[数据]公开道路网站OpenStreetMap所提供的真实路网图和2024年3月19日14时临汾市真实道路密度.[结果]城市路径决策模型使救护车到达京昆高速临汾收费站的时间节省约18%,高速公路队列控制模型使救护车到达事故点的时间节省约7.27%.[结论]仿真实验验证了城市路径决策模型和高速公路队列控制模型的可行性及高效性,所需时间较现行方案有明显降低,对道路救援具有指导意义.
[Background]Traffic accidents on expressways often hinder rescue forces within the city from reaching the accident site in a timely manner owing to traffic congestion on urban roads and ex-pressways,thereby delaying rescue operations and severely endangering life and property.[Objec-tive]The objective is to update ambulance rescue routes in real time and reduce travel time to im-prove rescue efficiency.[Method]An urban-route decision-making model and an expressway queue-control model are developed.The urban-route decision-making model converts actual urban trunk roads into cell space using the concept of topology,sets vehicle distribution based on the actual road density,calculates the decision score based on the ratio of the current number of vehicles on the road to the maximum number of vehicles that can be accommodated,and selects the road direction with the lowest score,thereby dynamically updating the ambulance route and enabling the ambulance to reach the expressway toll station in the shortest time.Based on a coordinated queue-planning proto-col,the expressway queue-control model enables vehicles within a certain distance before the acci-dent site on the expressway to form an ambulance team and an ordinary vehicle team after receiving an early-warning notification.The ambulance team can reach the accident site in the shortest time by actively changing lanes or yielding to the preceding team.[Data]The road network map provided by OpenStreetMap,a public road website network platform,and the road density of Linfen at 14:00 on March 19,2024 are used for analysis.[Result]The urban-route decision-making model reduces the time for the ambulance to reach the Linfen toll station of the Beijing-Kunming Expressway by ap-proximately 18%,whereas the expressway queue-control model reduces the time for the ambulance to reach the accident site by approximately 7.27%.[Conclusion]The simulation experiment vali-dates the feasibility and efficiency of the urban-route decision-making and expressway queue-control models.These models considerably reduce the time required to reach accident sites compared with the current scheme,thereby facilitating road rescue.
