基于COM-B模型的用药指导方案在帕金森病病人中的应用研究OA

Objective:To explore the effect of a medication guidance program based on the COM-B model on medication adherence in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 63 patients visiting the outpatient clinic from April to May 2024 were included in the control group,and 61 patients visiting the outpatient clinic from June to July 2024 were included in the intervention group.The control group received routine medication guidance,while the intervention group received medication guidance based on the COM-B model.Medication adherence[Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS)],medication beliefs[the Beliefs about Medicines Questionnaire-specific(BMQ-specific)],medication knowledge(Medication Knowledge Scale),and illness perception[Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)]were compared between the two groups before the intervention,and at 1 and 3 months after the intervention.Results:At 1 and 3 months after the intervention,the proportion of patients with high medication adherence in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,scores for medication beliefs and medication knowledge were higher than those in the control group,and illness perception scores were lower than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusions:The medication guidance program based on the COM-B model can improve patients' medication adherence,enhance medication beliefs,enrich medication knowledge,and reduce negative illness perception,providing a reference for clinical medication guidance models for patients with chronic diseases.
