Resorting to the Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law to empower rural governance in the new era is a must for realizing the rule of law in the governance of rural China and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.In terms of empowering logic,it is in line with the Marxist rule of law theory as well as responds to the fundamental demands of comprehensively advancing the rule of law in the new era.In terms of functional positioning,it plays the role of normative safeguarding,value-guiding and environment-shaping and thus is of great significance for clarifying the direction of rural governance and coordinating resources.Currently,to advance the empowerment of rural governance in the new era through the Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law with high quality,it is imperative to strengthen the top-level institutional design of empowerment,uphold the people-centered principle in the process of empowering rural governance through the modernization of the rule of law,and strengthen all the aspects of the rule of law to enhance the effectiveness of rural governance in the new era so as to lay a modernized foundation of rule of law for comprehensive rural revitalization.
