机器人辅助远端胃癌根治术的治疗效果分析OA

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Da Vinci robot-assisted radical distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:130 patients who underwent radical distal gastrectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2023 to April 2025 were enrolled.They were divided into the experimental group(receiving Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery)and the control group(receiving laparoscopic surgery)based on the surgical approach,with 65 patients in each group.Surgical outcomes,postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,and follow-up data were collected and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had significantly shorter operative time and length of postoperative hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss,and a higher number of harvested lymph nodes(P<0.05).The experimental group also showed faster recovery of gastrointestinal function and earlier postoperative oral intake(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in postoperative visual analog scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of postoperative infection,bleeding,and anastomotic leakage were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of postoperative ileus between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with body weight changes did not differ significantly between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the experimental group showed superior outcomes in all other follow-up indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:Robot-assisted radical distal gastrectomy has significant advantages in improving surgical efficiency,promoting postoperative recovery,and reducing complication rates.With favorable long-term efficacy,it provides a safer and more effective treatment option for patients with distal gastric cancer.
