脐尿管畸形是发生于脐部与膀胱之间连接通道的先天性发育异常.武汉科技大学附属孝感医院小儿外科于 2025 年2 月收治一例 5 岁脐尿管畸形患儿,采用国产术锐 ®蛇形臂单孔腔镜手术机器人对其实施了机器人辅助腹腔镜脐尿管畸形切除术.手术时间为90 min,术中出血约2 mL,脐部切口约2 cm,术后伤口愈合良好,患儿于术后5 d出院.术后随访6个月,患儿恢复良好.本病案中,单孔腔镜机器人辅助腹腔镜脐尿管畸形切除术在小儿外科的应用安全可行,患儿术后恢复快,经脐切口美观,值得临床借鉴.

Urachal anomalies are congenital developmental abnormality affecting the communication channel between the umbilicus and the bladder.In February 2025,a 5-year-old child with urachal anomaly was admitted to Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology.The patient underwent a robot-assisted excision of urachal anomalies using domestically produced SHURUI® single-port endoscopic surgical system.The operative time was 90 minutes,with approximately 2 mL of intraoperative blood loss and a 2 cm umbilical incision.Postoperative wound healing was satisfactory,and the child was successfully discharged on the 5th day after surgery.A 6-month postoperative follow-up confirmed uneventful recovery.The application of single-port laparoscopic robot-assisted excision of urachal anomalies in pediatric surgery is safe and feasible.It has advantages of rapid postoperative recovery and aesthetically favorable umbilical incision,making it a valuable approach for clinical adoption.
