为拓展食品安全快速检测领域的研究视域,以表面增强拉曼光谱(surface-enhanced Raman spec-troscopy,SERS)结合微流控芯片在该领域的应用为研究视角,系统阐述了 SERS 技术、微流控芯片技术的原理和 SERS-微流控检测体系的整合机制;重点综述了近年来该检测体系在食品安全快速检测领域中的最新研究进展,涵盖农药残留、食源性致病菌、重金属离子及非法添加剂等关键检测方向.相关研究结果已充分证实,该检测体系在实际检测场景中展现出卓越的分析能力.SERS-微流控检测体系有效融合了 SERS 技术与微流控芯片的核心优势,具备样本前处理简单、光谱信息丰富、检测灵敏度高、分析速度快、样本消耗量少、操控精度高、便携性强等突出优点,已发展成为食品安全快速检测领域的有力工具与研究前沿.

To expand the research horizon in the field of rapid food safety detection,this study focuses on the application of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)combined with microfluidics.It systematically elaborates on the principles of SERS technology and microfluidics technology,as well as the integration mecha-nism of the SERS-microfluidics detection system,and highlights the latest research advances of this detection system in rapid food safety detection in recent years:covering key detection including pesticide residues,food-borne pathogens,heavy metal ions,and illegal additives.Relevant research findings have fully confirmed that this detection system exhibits excellent analytical perfomance in practical detection scenarios.The SERS-mi-crofluidics detection system effectively integrates the core advantages of SERS technology featuring outstanding benefits such as simple sample pretreatment,rich spectral information,high detection sensitivity,fast analysis speed,low sample consumption,high manipulation precision,and strong portability.It has thus developed into a powerful tool and research frontier for rapid food safety detection.
