目的:探讨基于社会认知理论的阶段性干预对双相情感障碍患者认知功能、自我效能及心理社会功能的影响.方法:本研究为回顾性分析.研究对象为2022年8月—2024年8月于某院接受治疗的106例双相情感障碍患者,根据干预方案将其分为干预组(基于社会认知理论的阶段性干预,n=49)与对照组(常规干预,n=57),于6个月后评估并比较两组认知功能、自我效能、心理状态及社会功能.结果:干预后,干预组威斯康星卡片分类测验完成分类数显著高于对照组(t=2.165,P<0.05),持续错误数、随机错误数及总错误数均显著低于对照组(t=-5.403,-3.267,-5.920;P<0.05),自我效能感量表评分显著高于对照组(t=3.647,P<0.05),抑郁自评量表、倍克—拉范森躁狂量表评分均显著低于对照组(t=-4.079,-2.967;P<0.05),社会功能缺陷筛查量表中对外界的兴趣及关心、个人生活自理、家庭内活动、家庭外社会活动、家庭职能、社会退缩、责任心及计划性、职业与工作评分均显著低于对照组(t=-2.515,-2.051,-2.341,-3.969,-2.481,-2.171,-2.517,-2.439;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:基于社会认知理论的阶段性干预有利于提升双相情感障碍患者的认知功能、自我效能,并可有效改善其心理状态与社会功能.

Objective:To explore the impact of phase—based intervention based on social-cognitive theoryon cog-nitive function,self-efficacy,and psychosocial functioning in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods:This retrospec-tive study included 106 bipolar disorderpatients treated at our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024.Partici-pants were divided into an intervention group(Social-cognitive theory-based phase-based intervention,n=49)and a control group(routine intervention,n=57).Cognitive function,self-efficacy,psychological status,and social functioning were assessed and compared after 6 months.Results:Post intervention,the intervention group showed significantly higher completed categories in the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test than the control group(t=2.165,P<0.05),with significantly fewer perseverative errors,random errors,and total errors(t=-5.403,-3.267,-5.920;P<0.05).The intervention group scored significantly higher on the General Self-Efficacy Scale(t=3.647,P<0.05).Scores on the Self-Rating Depression Scale and Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale were significantly lower in the intervention group(t=-4.079,-2.967;P<0.05).The intervention group also demonstrated significantly lower scores on all subscales of the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),including interest in surroundings,self-care,household activities,social activities,family role,social withdrawal,responsibility and planning,and work perform-ance(t=-2.515,-2.051,-2.341,-3.969,-2.481,-2.171,-2.517,-2.439;P<0.05).Conclusion:Social-cognitive theory-based phase-based intervention can improve cognitive function and self-efficacy in bipolar disorder patients,while effectively ameliorate psychological status and psychosocial functioning.
