童年不可预测性与青少年抑郁、焦虑症状的关系:不可预测性图式与非适应性认知情绪调节策略的中介作用OA
Childhood unpredictability and depressive and anxiety symptoms in adolescents:The mediating roles of unpredictability schemas and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies
目的:探讨童年不可预测性对青少年心理病理的影响并检验不可预测性图式与非适应性认知情绪调节策略的中介作用.方法:采用童年不可预测性量表、不可预测性信念量表、认知情绪调节策略问卷、广泛性焦虑量表和病人健康问卷对江苏省某公立中学的1026名初中生[年龄13~15(13.54±0.57)岁,44.1%为女生]进行纸笔问卷调查.结果:童年不可预测性、不可预测性图式、非适应性认知情绪调节策略、抑郁和焦虑症状两两显著正相关(0.328≤r≤0.807,P<0.05);不可预测性图式和非适应性认知情绪调节策略分别独立和链式中介了童年不可预测性对抑郁和焦虑症状的影响.结论:童年不可预测性对青少年抑郁和焦虑症状具有预测效应,既包括童年不可预测性的直接效应,也包括不可预测性图式和非适应性认知情绪调节策略的间接效应.
Objective:To examine the impact of childhood unpredictability on adolescent psychopathology and test the mediating roles of unpredictability schemas and maladaptive cognitive emotion-regulation strategies.Methods:A paper-and-pencil survey was administered to 1,026 middle school students from a public school in Jiangsu Prov-ince(ages 13~15,M=13.54,SD=0.57;44.1%female),using the Childhood Unpredictability Scale,Scale of Unpre-dictability Beliefs,the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,and the Patient Health Questionnaire.Results:Childhood unpredictability,unpredictability schemas,maladaptive cognitive e-motion-regulation strategies,and depressive and anxiety symptoms were all significantly and positively correlated(0.328≤r≤ 0.807;P<0.05).Unpredictability schemas and maladaptive cognitive emotion-regulation strategies each independently,as well as sequentially,mediated the association between childhood unpredictability and depres-sive and anxiety symptoms.Conclusion:Childhood unpredictability predicts adolescents' depressive and anxiety symp-toms,including both its direct effects and its indirect effects through unpredictability schemas and maladaptive cogni-tive emotion-regulation strategies.
