化浊解毒汤合痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察OA
Observation on the therapeutic effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction com-bined with Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea
目的 探讨化浊解毒汤合痛泻要方治疗肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的治疗效果,并分析其潜在作用机制.方法 选取2023年9月至2024年8月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院脾胃病科收治的78例IBS-D患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例.观察组予化浊解毒汤合痛泻要方口服,对照组予匹维溴铵口服,疗程均为4周.比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、IBS病情严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、IBS生活质量量表(IBS-QOL)评分.结果 两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、IBS-SSS评分、HAMA评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者治疗后IBS-QOL评分均高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后中医证候积分、IBS-SSS评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后IBS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 化浊解毒汤合痛泻要方可改善肝郁脾虚型IBS-D患者临床症状、生活质量及不良情绪.
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D)of the liver-spleen deficiency type and analyze its potential mechanism.Methods A total of 78 patients with IBS-D admitted to the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology of the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral administration of Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with Tongxie Yaofang,while the control group was given oral administration of Pinaverium Bromide.The treatment course was 4 weeks for both groups.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,irritable bowel syndrome symptom severity scale(IBS-SSS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and irritable bowel syndrome quality of life questionnaire(IBS-QOL)before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IBS-SSS,and HAMA in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of IBS-QOL in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IBS-SSS,and HAMA in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of IBS-QOL in the observa-tion group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with Tongxie Yaofang can improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life,and negative emotions of patients with IBS-D of the liver-spleen deficiency type.
