多出口稀相气力输送过程分析与计算OA
Analysis and calculation of multi-outlet dilute phase pneumatic conveying process
为优化多出口稀相气力输送管道的结构,实现多点均匀出料,利用颗粒流体力学模拟软件Barracuda,采用Wen-Yu曳力模型,模拟研究了2种结构形式的4出口分支管路中稀相气力输送的流动特性,以偏流系数为评价指标,对比了2种结构的偏流程度,分析了输送条件和流化分配器结构对出料均匀程度的影响.结果表明:采用流化分配器的管线,各出口的出料量更均匀;输送量和输送气速均会影响管内流动特性,随着输送量增大,偏流系数不断增大,随着进口气流速度增大,偏流系数不断减小;随着流化分配器圆柱部分径高比的增大,偏流系数先增大后减小,径高比10∶7时的偏流系数最大;随着流化分配器容积的增大,偏流系数不断增大,对于四出口分支管路,建议直径为300-600 mm.研究结果为工业多出口稀相气力输送管线的设计及优化提供依据.
In order to optimize the structure of multi-outlet dilute phase pneumatic conveying pipeline and realize multi-point uniform discharge,the flow characteristics of dilute phase pneumatic conveying in four-outlet branch pipeline with two structural forms were simulated and studied by using the particle fluid dynamics simulation software Barracuda and Wen-Yu drag force model.Taking the partial flow coefficient as the evaluation index,the degree of partial flow of the two structures was compared,and the influence of conveying conditions and fluidization distributor structure on the uniformity of discharge was analyzed.The results show that the discharge quantity of each outlet is more uniform in the pipeline with fluidization distributor.Both the conveying volume and the conveying gas velocity affect the flow characteristics in the pipe.The deviation coefficient increases continuously with the conveying volume increasing,and the deviation coefficient decreases continuously with the inlet gas velocity increasing.With the increase of the diameter-height ratio of the cylindrical part of the fluidization distributor,the deviation coefficient increases first and then decreases,and the deviation coefficient is the largest when the diameter-height ratio is 10∶7.With the increase of the volume of the fluidization distributor,the deviation coefficient increases continuously.For the pipeline with four outlets,the recommended diameter is 300-600 mm.The research results provide a basis for the design and optimization of industrial multi-export dilute-phase pneumatic conveying pipelines.
