隔板塔应用于硅氧烷环体分离的模拟分析OA
Simulation analysis of dividing wall column applied to separation process of cyclic methylsiloxanes
隔板塔是一种完全热耦合的分离设备,通过一个精馏塔体就能够实现3组分的清晰分割.与传统精馏序列相比,隔板塔在降低能耗与节约投资方面均有优势.文中介绍工业上2种典型的有机硅氧烷环体分离流程.在此基础上,提出一种节能型有机硅环体分离隔板塔流程,并在Aspen Plus软件中进行模拟分析,根据物料特性以及公用工程配置确定隔板塔合适的操作压力、塔顶液相流量分配比、塔釜气相流量分配比以及不同塔盘上物料浓度分布参数.并与现有硅氧烷环体分离流程在操作温度、操作压力、表观能耗以及综合能耗方面进行分析比较,模拟计算表明,改进的隔板塔流程较传统工业流程综合能耗降低38%.
The DWC(dividing wall column)is a fully thermally coupled separation device,which can achieve a sharp separation of three components through a distillation column.Compared with the traditional distillation sequence,the DWC has advantages in reducing energy consumption and saving investment.Two typical industrial separation processes for silicone cyclic methylsiloxane were introduced.On this basis,an energy-saving DWC process for separating cyclic methylsiloxane was proposed.Simulation analysis was conducted in Aspen Plus software to determine key operational parameters based on material properties and utility configurations.The optimized parameters included operating pressure of the DWC,liquid flow split ratio at the column top,vapor flow split ratio at the column bottom and concentration distribution profiles on different trays.The comparative analysis was performed with existing cyclic methylsiloxane separation processes in terms of operating temperature,operating pressure and comprehensive energy consumption.The simulation results demonstrate that the improved DWC process achieves a 38%reduction in comprehensive energy consumption compared to conventional industrial processes.
