The development of digital market economy plays a key role in promoting the development of new quality productivity,and antitrust supervision helps to standardize and guide the market competition behavior of platform enterprises.However,there is anomie phenomenon in the current generative AI anti-trust supervision,which hinders the development of new quality productivity.Only by establishing a su-pervision mode that conforms to the development of digital market economy can we promote the further de-velopment of new quality productivity.The normalization of anti-monopoly supervision is helpful to pro-mote the intelligence of labor tools,the digitization of labor materials and the coordination of labor sub-jects,balance the interests of all parties in the market economy,and clearly regard the protection of over-all competitive interests as the core of antitrust supervision.In the future,it is necessary to establish an inclusive and prudent supervision concept,clarify the aggravated obligations of platform antitrust supervi-sion and construct a social collaborative co-governance system of antitrust supervision,jointly promote the intelligent,digital and coordinated upgrading of new quality productivity,and assist the sustainable de-velopment of new quality productivity and digital market economy.
