炙甘草汤加味治疗老年习惯性便秘41例OA
Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction in the Treatment of Forty-One Cases of Senile Habitual Constipation
目的:观察炙甘草汤加味治疗老年习惯性便秘的临床疗效.方法:选取河南省中西医结合医院2022 年1 月至2024 年12月收治的老年习惯性便秘患者82 例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41 例.对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予炙甘草汤加味治疗.观察两组患者便秘症状、肠道功能、生活质量、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组排便频率评分、排便难易程度评分、粪便性状评分、排便不尽感评分、腹部不适评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组初次肛门排气时间、初次自主排便时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组每周自主排便次数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.16%,对照组不良反应发生率为26.04%,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:炙甘草汤加味治疗老年习惯性便秘,可显著改善患者的排便情况,提高生活质量,且不良反应发生率较低.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction in the treatment of senile habitual constipation.Methods:A total of 82 patients with senile habitual constipation admitted to Henan Integrative Medicine Hospital from Jan-uary 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received Lactulose Oral Solution,while the observation group re-ceived Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The constipation symp-toms,bowel function,quality of life,TCM symptom scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores for defecation frequency,difficulty of defecation,stool consistency,sensation of incomplete evacuation,and abdominal discomfort in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time to first flatus and first spontaneous bowel movement in the observation group were shorter than those in the con-trol group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while the number of weekly spontaneous bowel movements in the obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The inci-dence of adverse reactions was 3.16%in the observation group which was lower than 26.04%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction can significantly improve defecation and quality of life in the treatment of senile habitual constipation,with a low incidence of adverse reactions,demonstrating high clinical ap-plication value.
