伸展构造背景下白云凹陷走滑断裂特征及其油气地质意义OA
Tectonic Characteristics and Petroleum Geological Significance of Strike-Slip Faults in the Baiyun Sag Under the Extensional Tectonic Setting
为厘清伸展构造背景下白云凹陷走滑断裂的发育特征、形成机制及对油气控制作用,基于高精度三维地震资料,结合区域板块动力学背景,采用构造解析法、地震剖面解释及断裂组合分析相结合的手段,对研究区走滑断裂进行系统识别,剖析其平面、剖面构造特征,探讨了走滑断裂形成的构造背景、变形机制及其对油气成藏差异的控制作用.白云凹陷北坡走滑断裂发育于新生代伸展—走滑复合构造环境,受南海扩张、板块耦合作用及区域应力场演化共同控制,形成以右旋走滑为核心的断裂体系;平面上以NWW向为主导走向,伴生NEE向次级断裂,发育雁列式、马尾状、反"S"型等典型右旋走滑组合样式,呈"整体成带、分段差异"展布特征;剖面上以"Y"字型似花状构造为核心标志,兼具"深部剪切、浅部伸展"的垂向分带性与"先伸展、后走滑活化"的继承性特征;断裂变形机制受基底构造继承性、岩石圈力学性质及应力场叠加作用控制,经历裂陷期伸展与裂后期走滑活化两阶段演化,受断裂构造控制,研究区主要形成断背斜型、断块型两类核心圈闭,其中反向断裂控制的断背斜圈闭为最有利油气聚集单元.
To clarify the development characteristics,formation mechanism and hydrocarbon-controlling effect of strike-slip faults in the Baiyun Sag under the extensional tectonic setting,based on high-precision 3D seismic data and combined with the regional plate dynamic background,the paper systematically identified the strike-slip faults in the study area by integrating structural analysis,seismic profile interpretation and fault combination analysis methods.The paper analyzed their planar and profile structural characteristics,and discussed the tectonic back-ground,deformation mechanism of strike-slip faults and their controlling effect on the differences of hydrocarbon accumulation.The strike-slip faults on the northern slope of the Baiyun Sag developed in the Cenozoic extensional-strike-slip composite tectonic environment,and are jointly controlled by the South China Sea spreading,plate cou-pling and the evolution of regional stress field,forming a fault system dominated by dextral strike-slip.On the plane,the faults are predominantly NWW-striking with associated NEE-striking secondary faults,developing typi-cal dextral strike-slip assemblages such as en echelon,horsetail and anti-"S"patterns,and showing the distribu-tion characteristic of"zoned as a whole and differentiated in segments".In the profile,the"Y"-shaped flower-like structure is the core symbol,with the vertical zonation of"deep shearing and shallow extension"and the in-herited characteristic of"early extension followed by strike-slip activation".The deformation mechanism of faults is controlled by the inheritance of basement structure,the mechanical properties of lithosphere and the superposi-tion of stress field,experiencing two evolutionary stages of extension in the rifting period and strike-slip activation in the post-rifting period.Controlled by fault structures,two types of core traps,anticlinal fault trap and fault block trap,are mainly formed in the study area,among which the anticlinal fault trap controlled by reverse faults is the most favorable unit for hydrocarbon accumulation.
