日光温室不同闷棚覆盖材料的光热特性研究及综合评价OA

为研究银川市日光温室闷棚覆盖材料对土壤表层微环境的调控效应,开展闷棚所用覆盖材料的光热性能试验研究,检测不同厚度的PE(聚乙烯)普通膜、PE(聚乙烯)无滴膜、PO(聚烯烃)膜、EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)膜的透光率、保温性、红外透过率、紫外屏蔽效应,以及膜下光照强度、土壤温湿度等光热特性并进行综合评价.结果表明,从辐射透过性能方面分析,0.08 mmPE普通膜的紫外透过率最高、升温速度最快,但是随着时间的延长,膜内会产生大量水滴,使膜的透光率下降,0.12 mm EVA膜紫外透过率最低.从光照强度方面分析,0.10 mmEVA膜对光通量的捕获能力最强,其平均光照强度最大,为15 465.5 lx,0.10 mmPE无滴膜的平均光照强度最小,为7 467.7 lx.在保温性能方面,0.1 mmEVA膜闷棚之后土壤平均温度最高,为44.9 ℃,保温效果最好,PO膜次之,0.12 mmPE普通膜的土壤平均温度最低,为42.4 ℃.从薄膜的流滴性能方面分析,除了 PE普通膜会产生大量的水滴之外,其余薄膜的流滴性均较好.从成本价格来看,PE膜价格最低,EVA膜最高,PO膜介于两者之间,其中不同厚度的价格以0.12,0.10和0.08 mm为顺序由高向低递减.综合评价结果来看,EVA膜在所有不同材质的闷棚材料里面表现效果最好,可作为高温闷棚首选材料,其次是PE普通膜,从厚度来看,EVA膜以0.10 mm为最佳,PE普通膜以0.12 mm为最佳,PO膜以0.10 mm为最佳,PE无滴膜效果最差,不建议作为闷棚覆盖材料.

In order to study the regulatory effect of the covering materials used in the solar greenhouse shading cover on the surface micro-environment of the soil in Yinchuan City,an experiment on the light and heat properties of the covering materials was conducted.The transmittance,insulation property,infrared transmittance,ultraviolet shielding effect of different thicknesses of PE(polyethylene)ordinary film,PE(polyethylene)drip-free film,PO(polyolefin)film,and EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)film were tested,as well as the light and heat characteristics such as the light intensity under the film and the soil temperature and humidity.A comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The results showed that from the perspective of radiation transmittance,the ultraviolet transmittance of 0.08 mm PE ordinary film was the highest and the temperature rise speed was the fastest.However,with the extension of time,a large number of water droplets would be produced inside the film,causing a decrease in the transmittance,and the ultraviolet transmittance of 0.12 mm EVA film was the lowest.From the perspective of light intensity,0.10 mm EVA film had the strongest capture ability of light flux and the average light intensity was the highest,154 65.5 lx.0.10 mm PE drip-free film had the lowest average light intensity,7 467.7 lx.In terms of insulation property,the average soil temperature after the 0.1 mm EVA film shading was the highest,44.9 ℃,with the best insulation effect.PO film came second,and 0.12 mm PE ordinary film had the lowest average soil temperature,42.4 ℃.From the perspective of the droplet flow performance of the film,except for the PE ordinary film which would produce a large number of water droplets,the flow performance of the other films was good.From the price survey,the price of PE film was the lowest,EVA film was the highest,and PO film was in between.The prices decreased from high to low in the order of 0.12 mm,0.10 mm,and 0.08 mm thickness.The comprehensive evaluation results analysis showed that EVA film performed the best among all the different material shading cover materials and could be used as the preferred material for high-temperature shading.PE ordinary film came second,0.10 mm EVA film was the best in thickness,0.12 mm PE ordinary film was the best choice for PO film,and PE drip-free film had the worst effect.It is not recommended to be used as the shading cover material.
