不同基质对青年期和成年期蚯蚓生长繁殖及蚯蚓粪质量的影响OA
Effects of Different Substrates on Growth,Reproduction and Vermicompost Quality of Earthworms in Juvenile and Adult Stages
为探究基质组成对蚯蚓堆肥过程的影响机制,促进有机废弃物管理与高品质蚯蚓粪生产,以新鲜牛粪、自然堆肥发酵1 a的腐熟牛粪、厌氧发酵300 d的青贮玉米按不同比例混合养殖青年期和成年期蚯蚓,测定分析其生长繁殖(蚯蚓条数、单条蚯蚓质量、蚓茧数)及蚯蚓粪养分指标(全氮、全磷、全钾、有机质含量).结果表明,新鲜牛粪可保证蚯蚓正常生长繁殖;腐熟牛粪及其与青贮玉米复配基质因氨毒与营养胁迫,显著抑制蚯蚓生长繁殖,60 d时青年期、成年期蚯蚓分别留存19.33和18.33条.青年期蚯蚓生长繁殖最优配比为新鲜牛粪∶腐熟牛粪=2∶1(60 d种群较初始提升34.5%),成年期则为新鲜牛粪∶青贮玉米=2∶1(蚓茧137.33个、单条质量595.04 mg).基质配比可定向调控蚯蚓粪养分,腐熟牛粪及其主导配比可制备高全氮蚯蚓粪(2.65%~2.99%);新鲜牛粪及其主导配比利于钾素富集、磷素活化及高有机质维持;混合基质磷素富集明显,60 d达1.37%~1.50%.综上,青年期、成年期最优配比分别为新鲜牛粪∶腐熟牛粪=2∶1,新鲜牛粪∶青贮玉米=2∶1,可分别平衡蚯蚓种群生长与繁殖及粪肥品质.
In order to investigate the effects of different substrates on the growth,reproduction,and vermicompost quality of earthworms during their juvenile and adult stages.The experiment was conducted using fresh cow manure,decomposed cow manure(naturally composted for 12 months),and silage corn(anaerobically fermented for 10 months)mixed in different proportions as the substrates for breeding juvenile and adult earthworms.The growth and reproduction indicators(number of earthworms,average weight per earthworm,number of cocoons)and vermicompost quality indicators(total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,organic matter content)were measured and analyzed.The results showed that,fresh cow manure could ensure the normal growth and reproduction of earthworms.In contrast,decomposed cow manure and its composite substrate with silage corn significantly inhibited earthworm growth and reproduction due to ammonia toxicity and nutritional imbalance,with only 19.33 and 18.33 earthworms remaining at 60 days for juvenile and adult stages,respectively.For juvenile earthworms,the optimal substrate ratio was fresh cow manure∶decomposed cow manure=2∶1,which increased the population by 34.5%compared with the initial value at 60 days.For adult earthworms,the optimal ratio was fresh cow manure∶silage corn=2∶1,with the cocoon production reaching 137.33 and the single earthworm weight peaking at 595.04 mg.Substrate ratio could directionally regulate vermicompost nutrientst∶decomposed cow manure-dominanted substrates produced vermicompost with high total nitrogen content(2.65%-2.99%),while fresh cow manure-dominanted substrates were beneficial to potassium enrichment,phosphorus activation and high organic matter maintenance.The mixed substrates showed significant phosphorus enrichment,with the total phosphorus content reaching 1.37%to 1.50%at 60 days.In conclusion,the optimal substrate ratios for juvenile and adult earthworms were fresh cow manure:decomposed cow manure=2∶1 and fresh cow manure∶silage corn=2∶1,respectively,which could balance earthworm growth and vermicompost quality.
