大豆是我国主要的粮食作物,是食用油和植物蛋白的重要来源.叶绿素通过影响光合速率,从而参与大豆种子发育等生物过程.为推进叶绿素含量的遗传剖析促进分子标记辅助育种,以长江春2号(CJC2)和渝蜀鲜2号(YSX2)杂交获得的F2 186个株系作为定位群体,结合实验室构建的包含675个分子标记的遗传连锁图谱,对24年在始花期(R1)、始荚期(R3)、鼓粒期(R6)3个时期测得的叶绿素含量数据进行QTL定位分析.在3个时期中共检测到32个与叶绿素含量相关的QTL,分布在18个连锁群上,其中有4个QTL区间在两个时期检测到.根据大豆基因组的功能注释信息,在4个区间筛选到2个关于叶绿素代谢的基因,分别为Glyma.01G058600和Glyma.15G215900.其中Glyma.15G215900,是叶绿素降解途径中的关键酶;Glyma.01G058600能够与叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素分子结合,在光能捕获和传递过程中发挥重要作用.

Soybean(Glycine max L.)is a major food crop in China and serves as an important source of edible oil and plant-based protein.Chlorophyll influences photosynthetic rate and is involved in biological processes such as soybean seed development.In order to advance the genetic dissection of chlorophyll content and facilitate marker-assisted breeding,an F2 population of 186 individuals derived from a cross between Changjiangchun 2(CJC2)and Yushuxian 2(YSX2)were used as the mapping population.Based on a genetic linkage map containing 675 molecular markers constructed in our laboratory,QTL analysis was performed using chlorophyll content data measured at three developmental stages in 2024,including the beginning flowering stage(R1),the beginning pod stage(R3),and the full seed stage(R6).A total of 32 chlorophyll QTLs were identified across the three stages,distributed across 18 linkage groups,of which four QTL intervals were consistently detected across two stages.According to functional annotations of the soybean reference genome,two genes related to chlorophyll metabolism were identified within these four intervals,namely Glyma.01G058600 and Glyma.15G215900.Among them,Glyma.15G215900 encodes a key enzyme in the chlorophyll degradation pathway,while Glyma.01G058600 is capable of binding chlorophyll a and carotenoid molecules,playing an important role in light energy harvesting and transfer.
