为了建立优质强筋小麦新品种龙麦77的高效生产技术模式,于2023-2024年在黑龙江省农业科学院国家现代农业科技示范展示基地(黑土,基础肥力较好)开展试验,系统探究3种氮肥(种肥)处理、3个种植密度处理,以及4种化控调节剂与叶面肥处理对龙麦77产量和品质的影响.试验采用随机区组设计,3次重复,通过测定龙麦77产量及容重、籽粒蛋白质含量、沉降值等9项主要品质指标,结合相关性分析明确最优处理组合.结果表明,N2处理(纯N 90 kg·hm-2,底肥+种肥)、A1处理(保苗650株·m-2)和B4处理(喷施真希富硒叶面肥,浓度为4 mL兑水2 kg,分蘖期、拔节期、抽穗期各喷施1次)为最佳处理,可同步提高龙麦77产量和品质.综合研究结果,构建兼顾产量与品质的龙麦77高效生产技术模式,核心技术要点为:施用N(底肥+种肥)90 kg·hm-2、P2O5 75 kg·hm-2、K2O45 kg·hm-2,种植密度为650万株·hm-2,关键生育期喷施真希富硒叶面肥.该模式可有助于东北春麦区强筋小麦龙麦77优质高效生产潜力的发挥.

Inorder to establish a high-efficiency production technology model for the high-quality strong-gluten wheat variety Longmai 77,field experiments were conducted from 2023 to 2024 at the National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration and Exhibition Base of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences(black soil with relatively good basic fertility).The study systematically investigated the effects of three nitrogen fertilizer(seed fertilizer)treatments,three planting density treatments,and four chemical control regulators and foliar fertilizer treatments on yield and quality.A randomized block design with three replications was adopted.By measuring yield,test weight,grain protein content,sedimentation value,and six other major quality indicators,combined with correlation analysis,the optimal treatment combination was identified.The results showed that the N2 treatment(pure N 90 kg·ha-1,base fertilizer+seed fertilizer),A1 treatment(650 plants·m-2),and B4 treatment(spraying Zhenxi selenium-rich foliar fertilizer at a concentration of 4 mL mixed with 2 kg water,applied once at the tillering stage,jointing stage,and heading stage,respectively)were the optimal treatments,which could simultaneously improved yield and quality.Based on the comprehensive experimental results,a high-efficiency production technology model for Longmai 77 that balances yield and quality were constructed.The core technical points are as follows,application of N(base fertilizer+seed fertilizer)90 kg·ha-1,P2O5 75 kg·ha-1,K2O 45 kg·ha-1,planting density of 6.5 million plants·ha-1,and spraying Zhenxi selenium-rich foliar fertilizer at key growth stages.This model can help realize the high-quality and high-efficiency production potential of strong-gluten wheat Longmai 77 in the spring wheat region of Northeast China.
