不同碳链长度酯类捕收剂对低阶煤浮选效果的影响OA
Effect of ester collectors with different carbon chain lengths on flotation efficiency of low rank coal
针对传统烃类油捕收剂浮选效果不佳、药剂消耗量高的问题,选择碳链长度不同的己酸甲酯、癸酸甲酯、肉豆蔻酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯为捕收剂,对宁东某低阶煤进行浮选试验,利用接触角测试、红外光谱分析与分子动力学模拟手段,揭示不同捕收剂强化低阶煤浮选效果的作用机理.结果表明:除己酸甲酯外,癸酸甲酯、肉豆蔻酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯在浮选效果上均优于煤油,浮选性能随碳链长度的增加先变好后变差,其中肉豆蔻酸甲酯浮选性能最佳;肉豆蔻酸甲酯的加入能够显著增大煤样表面接触角,降低—OH、C—O 亲水基团,增加 C—H 疏水基团,使低阶煤表面疏水性增强,而癸酸甲酯与硬脂酸甲酯次之;分子模拟发现,酯类捕收剂可通过酯基中的氧原子与煤表面含氧官能团形成氢键,修饰亲水位点,疏水碳链通过范德华力排开界面水分子,增强表面疏水性.
This paper aims to address the poor flotation effect and high drug consumption of tradition-al hydrocarbon oil collectors.By taking the methyl hexate,methyl caprate,methyl decarate,methyl nut-meg ester and methyl stearate with different carbon chain lengths as trapping agents,the study conducts the flotation tests on the low-leves coal in Ningdong by using the contact angle testing,infrared spectral a-nalysis and molecular dynamics simulation to reveal the mechanism of the flotation effect of low-order coal enhanced by the ester collectors with different carbon chain lengths.The results show that except the methyl acetate,the methyl decarate,methyl nutmegate and methyl stearate have better flotation effects than kerosene,and the flotation performance gets better first and then worse along with the increase in length of the carbon chain,among which the methyl nutmegate exhibits the best flotation performance.The addition of methyl nutmegate can significantly increase the contact angle of the surface of the coal sample,reduce—OH,C—O hydrophilic groups,and improve C—H hydrophobic groups,enhancing the hydrophobicity on the surface of the low-order coal,while following methyl decaproate and methyl stearate relatively.The tomolecular simulation shows that the ester collectors can form the hydrogen bonds through the oxygen-containing actor groups on the coal surface and the oxygen atoms in the ester group to modify the water-water-friendly points,and the hydrophobic carbon chain eliminates the water molecules at the interface by Van der Waals for enhancing the surface hydrophobicity.
