TiO2/CTAB沸石复合材料的制备及其光催化性能OA
Preparation of TiO2/CTAB zeolite composites and photocatalysis properties
以粉煤灰为基础原料,采用 NaOH 碱熔-水热合成法制备粉煤灰沸石,利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对其进行有机表面改性,获得 CTAB 改性粉煤灰沸石.通过溶胶凝胶法将TiO2负载于改性沸石表面,制备出 TiO2/CTAB 沸石复合光催化材料.结合单因素实验,分析了不同制备及反应条件对该材料处理甲基橙模拟有机废水吸附与光催化性能的影响,采用响应面法优化制备工艺参数.同时,表征了材料的微观形貌、晶体结构和孔隙特性.结果表明,在甲基橙初始浓度为400 mg/L、材料投加量为6 g/L、暗吸附时间为30 min、溶液 pH 为8 的条件下,复合材料表现出最佳光催化降解效果,其最大降解量可达64.21 mg/g,最高去除率达到96.31%.
This paper aims to explore the preparation process of modified fly ash zeolite as a carrier loaded with TiO2.By taking the fly ash as the raw material,the study is complished by preparing the fly ash zeolite with the NaOH alkali fusion hydrothermal method;organically modifying the fly ash zeolite with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)for obtaining the CTAB-modified fly ash zeolite(CTAB zeolite);loading TiO2 on to the CTAB zeolit by the sol-gel method for preparing a TiO2/CTAB zeolite composite photocatalytic material;analyzing the effects of TiO2/CTAB zeolite under different preparation conditions on the adsorption performance of the methyl orange-simulated organic wastewater through sin-gle-factor experiments;and optimizing the process with the response surface methodology and performing the characterization by using SEM,XRD,and N2 adsorption desorption.The experimental results show that the best photocatalytic degradation is achieved when the initial concentration of methyl orange solu-tion is 400 mg/L,the dosing amount is 6 g/L,the dark reaction time was 30 min,and the pH is 8,with a maximum degradation amount of 64.21 mg/g and a maximum removal rate of 96.31%.The proposed study can provide a theoretical basis for the selecting wastewater adsorbents of power plants and coal plants in industries.
