采空区煤自燃预测的多参数融合判据分析与优选OA

为提高采空区自燃火灾的预测预警能力,以东荣二矿煤样为研究对象,利用程序升温实验,确定不同温度阶段特征气体判据.结果表明,实验煤样的自燃临界温度为70~80℃,干裂温度为110~120℃,交叉点温度为120℃,CO 体积分数可作为预测该煤样自燃的主要判据,选取 H2检出作为煤温到达70℃的辅助判据,格氏火灾系数 R2、CO 和 CO2 生成速率拐点作为煤温达到110℃的辅助判据.该研究对东荣二矿采空区自燃早期预测预报具有一定的借鉴意义.

This paper intends to improve the prediction and early warning capability for spontaneous combustion fires in goafs.By taking the coal samples in Dongrong No.2 Coal Mine as the research ob-ject,the study conducts the temperature-programmed experiments to determine the characteristic gas indi-cators at different temperature stages.The results indicate that the critical temperature of spontaneous combustion of the tested coal sample is 70-80℃,the dry cracking temperature is 110-120℃,and the crossing point temperature is 120℃.The CO volume fraction can be used as the primary indicator for predicting the spontaneous combustion of the coal sample.The detection of H2 is selected as an auxiliary indicator for coal temperatures reaching 70℃;and the Graham fire coefficient R2,as well as the inflec-tion points of CO and CO2 generation rates,serve as auxiliary indicators for coal temperatures reaching 110℃.The findings provide a certain reference for the early prediction and warning of spontaneous com-bustion in the goaf of Dongrong No.2 Mine.
