航空开绕组永磁电机多端口起动发电和储能一体化系统研究OA
Research on the Aircraft Multi-Port Integrated Starting,Generation and Storage System Based on Open-Winding Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
随着多电/全电飞机技术的不断进步,机载电气系统逐步向集成化的方向发展,对起动发电机系统提出了具有多端口、多功率流向的要求.本文提出一种基于开绕组永磁电机的航空起动发电和储能一体化系统,利用开绕组永磁电机的多端口拓扑结构,将电机绕组一端通过逆变器与机载蓄电池相连,另一端通过整流桥输出与负载相连,结合切换开关分别实现一体化系统的起动、发电和储能等功能.通过详细分析该拓扑结构的工作原理和运行特性,开展发电机最优工作点跟踪控制策略和系统功率流向控制的研究,并结合系统仿真和试验结果,验证所提出发电机最优工作点跟踪策略的正确性和系统多端口功率流动控制的可行性.本文所提出的永磁电机起动发电和储能一体化系统,实现了新型起动发电系统的高度集成化设计,对于突破多电飞机电气系统的关键技术具有重要意义.
With the advancement of more/all electric aircraft technology,onboard electrical systems are progressively evolving towards integration,which imposes requirements for multi-port and multi-directional power flow capabilities in starter-generator systems.This paper proposes an aircraft integrated starting,generation and storage system based on the open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor(OW-PMSM),due to the multiport structure of OW-PMSM,the one port of the open-winding is connected to the battery through an inverter,while the other port is connected to the load via a rectifier,the starting,generation and storage function could be integrated by the switch.The corresponding operation principle and characteristics are analyzed in detail,and the control strategy for the optimal operating point tracking and power flowing are achieved,and the validity of the proposed control strategy and the feasibility of multi-port power flowing control have been verified by the simulation and experiment results.The integrated starting,generation and storage system proposed in this paper achieves a highly integrated designs,representing significant importance for breakthroughs in key technologies of more-electric aircraft electrical systems.
