退役光伏组件回收技术研究进展OA

Research progress on recycling technology of decommissioned photovoltaic module

近年来,随着光伏装机规模的不断扩大与早期光伏组件的陆续退役,退役光伏组件的回收处理已迫在眉睫,其回收技术已成为可持续能源领域的关键课题.本研究综述了退役光伏组件的类型和结构;重点论述了物理法、化学法、热解法、生物法、联合法、新型方法回收退役晶硅光伏组件的原理、流程与优缺点;论述了硅回收、金属回收、有价组分综合回收工艺的研究现状;深入分析了火法工艺、湿法工艺、生物法、新兴技术回收薄膜光伏组件中有价组分的核心技术现状.结果表明,物理法、化学法、热解法等传统手段仍是光伏回收的主流手段,但面临着能耗高、污染重、化学品消耗多等主要问题;生物法、绿色浸出等新兴技术将会成为光伏组件绿色回收领域的重点攻关方向,需重点攻克技术成熟度低、成本高等技术经济难题.最后,论述了国内外关于光伏回收的政策导向、现有技术面临挑战,展望了未来光伏回收技术的发展方向,对光伏产业的持续规模化绿色发展具有重要指导意义.

The disposal and recycling of decommissioned PV modules have become imperative with the expansion of photovoltaic(PV)installed capacity and the phased decommissioning of early PV modules in recent years.Its recycling technology has become a key issue in the field of sustainable energy.This study reviewed the types and structures of retired photovoltaic modules,the principles,processes,and advantages/disadvantages of recycling methods,which include physical,chemical,pyrolysis,biological,hybrid,and novel approaches.The research progress of silicon recovery,metal recovery,and comprehensive recovery of valuable components for decommissioned crystalline silicon PV modules was discussed.An in-depth analysis of the core technological advancements in recovering valuable components from thin-film PV modules via pyrometallurgical processes,hydrometallurgical processes,biological methods and emerging technologies was conducted.It was found that traditional methods such as physical,chemical,and pyrolysis approaches remain the mainstream for PV recycling,which however have the risk of high energy consumption,severe pollution,and substantial chemical usage.Meanwhile,biological methods and green leaching are poised to become key in the green recycling of PV modules,which are of low technological maturity and high costs.Finally,the study summarized domestic and international policies on PV recycling,identifies existing technical challenges,and outlines future development of PV recycling technologies.These insights hold critical implications for guiding the sustained,large-scale,and environmentally friendly growth of the PV industry.
