顶管技术在富水卵砾石地层中的应用OA
Application of Pipe Jacking Technology in Water-Rich Gravel Strata
龙河口引水工程管道采用顶管方案穿越国道,顶进地层为卵砾石层且地下水位高.目前,此类环境下顶管实施案例较少,工程实施难度较大.工程设计分别采用顶管机刀盘改造、注浆系统改进、顶进地层预先加固、路面沉降监测技术等多方位解决方案,在施工中顺利运用并验证设计方案是合理并有效的,可为今后类似环境条件下的顶管设计和施工提供参考.
The Longhekou Water Diversion Project pipeline adopts a pipe jacking scheme plan to cross the national highway,and the overlying strata are gravel layers with high groundwater levels.Currently,there are few cases of pipe jacking implementation in such environments,making the project implementation difficult.The engineering design adopts various solutions such as the transformation of the pipe jacking machine cutterhead,the improvement of the grouting system,the pre-reinforcement of the jacking stratum,and the monitoring technology of road surface settlement.The design scheme has been verified to be reasonable and effective through construction,and can provide reference for future pipe jacking design and construction under similar conditions.
