Forecast and Analysis of Drought-Flood Abrupt Transition Rainstorm Flood at Yutai Station of Dongyu River on"7•20"in 2024
2024年7月20日,东鱼河鱼台站遭遇旱涝急转条件下的高强度暴雨洪水,实测洪峰流量767 m³/s,为建站以来历史第二大洪水.采用径流分配过程线法开展洪水预报,重点开展产流计算、汇流推演、回水顶托校正和实时滚动预报修正,对预报精度进行验证和评定.结果表明,本次洪水具有短历时、高强度、起涨快、峰值高、退水稳的特点,经回水校正与滚动预报修正后,最终预报洪峰流量为795 m³/s,预报结果合格,能够满足流域防汛调度需求.同时,剖析了传统经验法在参数率定等方面的不足,提出优化模型参数、强化极端案例研究、健全滚动预报机制等精度提升措施.研究成果可为东鱼河流域及南四湖湖西平原区同类中小流域暴雨洪水预报提供实践参考.
On July 20,2024,Yutai Station of Dongyu River encountered high-intensity rainstorm flood under the condition of abrupt drought-flood transition.The measured flood peak discharge reached 767 m³/s,which was the second largest flood since the station was built.This paper adopts the runoff distribution hydrograph method to conduct flood forecasting,focusing on runoff yield calculation,confluence deduction,backwater correction and real-time rolling forecast revision,and verifies and evaluates the forecasting accuracy.The results show that this flood is characterized by short duration,high intensity,rapid rise,high peak and stable recession.After backwater correction and rolling forecast revision,the final forecasted flood peak discharge is 795 m³/s,the forecasting results are qualified and can meet the needs of flood control and dispatch in the basin.This paper also analyzes the shortcomings of traditional empirical methods in parameter calibration,and puts forward measures to improve accuracy such as optimizing model parameters,strengthening extreme case research,and improving the rolling forecast mechanism.The research results can provide practical references for rainstorm flood forecasting in similar small and medium-sized basins in Dongyu River Basin and the western plain of Nansi Lake.
