基于层次分析法的水环境维护效益评价研究OA
Evaluation of Water Environment Maintenance Benefits Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
目前,针对北京城市河湖水环境维护工作评价指标单一、主观因素较强的实际,为科学、客观地开展效益评价,量化管理成效,利用层次分析法,从水体质量、维护与管理、社会效益3个方面选取了11项评价指标,通过专家意见赋予各指标权重,构建适用于城市河湖水环境维护效益评价体系.同时,以2023年城市河湖水环境维护工作为案例,进行效益评价,评价结果为"良好",并为进一步提高水环境维护效益提出了建议.
Currently,the evaluation indicators for the maintenance of the urban river and lake water environment in Beijing are rather singular and significantly influenced by subjective factors.In order to conduct a scientific and objective benefit evaluation and quantify the management effectiveness,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed.Eleven evaluation indicators were established from three dimensions:water quality,maintenance and management,and social benefits.The weights of each indicator were determined based on expert opinions,and an evaluation system tailored for the benefits of urban river and lake water environment maintenance was constructed.Taking the urban river and lake water environment maintenance work in 2023 as a case study,a benefit evaluation was performed,and the evaluation result was rated as"good".Furthermore,suggestions were proposed to further enhance the benefits of water environment maintenance.
