陶瓷基分子筛膜的结构调控及脱盐性能OA
Structural regulation and desalination performance of ceramic-based zeolite membranes
采用浸涂法在氧化铝陶瓷载体表面负载NaA晶种层,随后通过水热合成法制备了NaA分子筛膜,考察了反应时间对膜结构和渗透蒸发脱盐性能的影响.实验结果表明:反应时间对NaA分子筛膜的厚度和平均生长速率影响较大,在反应时间12 h、合成温度80℃时,可形成共生良好、无晶间缺陷且厚度均匀的分子筛膜;以质量浓度35 g/L的氯化钠溶液为进料液,在70℃下运行时,该膜的水通量达5.28 L/(m2·h),盐截留率大于99.9%,进一步提高氯化钠质量浓度至95 g/L,盐截留率仍大于99.9%,该膜运行稳定性良好,在渗透蒸发脱盐领域具有明显的竞争优势.
The dip-coating method was employed to load a NaA seed layer on the surface of alumina oxide ceramic carrier.The NaA zeolite membrane was then fabricated by a hydrothermal synthesis method.The effect of reaction time on membrane structure and pervaporation desalination performance was investigated.The experimental results indicate that the reaction time significantly affects both the thickness and average growth rate of NaA zeolite membrane.At a reaction time of 12 h and a synthesis temperature of 80℃,a well-synthesized,defect-free,and uniformly thick zeolite membrane is formed.With a 35 g/L NaCl solution as feed,the membrane exhibits a water flux of 5.28 L/(m2·h),with salt rejection exceeding 99.9%at an operating temperature of 70℃.When the NaCl solution mass concentration is further increased to 95 g/L,the membranes maintain robust operational stability,with salt rejection still exceeding 99.9%,demonstrating a distinct competitive advantage in the field of pervaporation desalination.
