在"双碳"战略背景下,碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术是油气田实现碳中和目标的关键.本文系统阐述了油气田CCUS技术的发展现状与潜力、示范项目实施情况以及面临的挑战,并对油气田CCUS技术未来的发展提出了对策及建议,指出:油气田CCUS技术发展面临战略规划缺失、成本机制不完善、共享基础设施不足、全链条技术协同创新难等挑战,未来应加强政策激励、建设区域性CO2输送管网、推动低成本捕集技术研发,助力CCUS技术成为支撑油气行业绿色转型的重要支柱.

Under the"dual carbon"goal,carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)technology has become key for oil and gas fields to achieve carbon neutrality goals.This paper systematically elaborates on the development status and potential of CCUS technology in oil and gas fields,the implementation of demonstration projects,and the challenges.It also proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of CCUS technology in oil and gas fields,pointing out that the development of CCUS technology faces challenges such as a lack of strategic planning,incomplete cost mechanisms,insufficient shared infrastructure,and difficulty in collaborative innovation across the entire technology chain.In the future,efforts should be made to enhance policy incentives,build regional CO2 transport pipeline networks,and promote research and development of low-cost capture technologies,establishing CCUS technology as a crucial pillar supporting the green transformation of the oil and gas industry.
