聚乙烯(PE)化学性质稳定,价格低廉,且不含氟元素,是制备非含氟分离膜的理想材料.PE微孔膜在能源、环保和医疗等领域具有越来越广阔的应用前景.本文归纳了热致相分离制膜方法中铸膜液组成及制备工艺对聚乙烯微孔膜结构与性能的影响,阐述了聚乙烯膜亲水改性及复合增强技术研究进展,对目前聚乙烯膜制备研究中存在的问题进行了梳理,并对其未来发展进行了展望.

Polyethylene(PE)is an ideal material for fabricating non-fluorinated separation membranes,owing to its chemical stability,low cost,and fluorine-free composition.PE microporous membranes are finding expanding applications in energy,environmental protection,and medicine.In this paper,the effects of casting solution composition and preparation process on the structure and properties of PE microporous membranes in thermally induced phase separation were systematically summarized.Subsequently,state-of-the-art strategies for hydrophilic modification and composite reinforcement techniques for PE membranes were critically discussed.Finally,the current challenges in PE microporous membranes fabrication were identified,and the future research directions were proposed.
