含钴氧化物催化剂去除VOCs性能研究进展OA
Research progress on performance of cobalt oxide-containing catalysts for removal VOCs
催化氧化法是去除挥发性有机物(VOCs)的重要方法之一,含钴氧化物催化剂因其成本低廉、活性优良而成为研究热点.本文系统梳理了氧化钴催化剂和含钴复合金属氧化物催化剂在去除VOCs方面的研究进展,指出:催化剂的性能与其形貌、表面结构、晶相结构、组分间协同作用等物化性质有关,催化剂的表面活性氧浓度以及物种的氧化还原性是影响催化性能的主要因素,通过优化催化剂的制备方法和条件可达到可控制备的目的.
Catalytic oxidation is one of the important methods for eliminating volatile organic compounds(VOCs).Cobalt-based catalysts have become a research hotspot due to their low cost and excellent activity.The research progress of cobalt oxide catalysts and cobalt-containing composite metal oxides in the removal of VOCs was systematically summarized,and it was pointed out that the performance of the catalyst is related to its morphology,surface structure,crystal phase structure,and the synergistic effect between components.The concentration of surface active oxygen and the redox properties of the species are the main factors affecting the catalytic performance.The controllable preparation can be achieved by optimizing the methods and conditions of catalyst preparation.
