Development of BJC-FJ Flush Joint Connection Premium Threaded Casing

针对老井"套中固套"井筒重构工艺中传统接箍式套管通径受限、下入摩阻大、拉伸效率低以及交变载荷下密封可靠性不足等问题,研发了一种适用于老井修复、井筒重构等极窄间隙工况的BJC-FJ直连型两级金属密封特殊螺纹套管.创新设计了"钩型偏梯螺纹+两级金属密封+反向双定位台肩"的BJC-FJ直连型螺纹连接结构,实现了同规格下内通径最大化与高气密封性能的统一.通过模拟分析和全程尺寸实物性能评价,验证其在拉伸/压缩、内压/外挤及其复合载荷条件下的气密封性.结果表明,Φ88.9 mm×6.45 mm 125V BJC-FJ接头具有优异的连接强度与抗泄漏性能.经现场应用,BJC-FJ直连型特殊螺纹套管满足套管入井、固井施工及大规模重复压裂施工要求.BJC-FJ直连型特殊螺纹套管可有效解决老井重构中的通径与密封矛盾,为我国非常规油气藏老井高效挖潜提供了可靠的关键装备保障.

Aiming at the challenges of limited drift diameter,high running friction,low tensile efficiency,and insufficient sealing reliability under cyclic loading associated with traditional coupling-type casings in the casing-in-casing wellbore reconstruction process for old wells,this paper develops the BJC-FJ flush joint connection two-stage metal-sealed premium casing.This product is specifically designed for ultra-narrow gap working conditions such as old well repair and wellbore reconstruction.An innovative connection structure featuring a hook-type buttress thread+two-stage metal seal+reverse double positioning shoulderwas designed to achieve the unification of maximized inner drift diameter and superior gas sealing performance within the same specification.Through numerical simulation and full-scale physical performance evaluation,the gas sealing reliability of the joint under combined loads of tension/compression,internal/external collapse pressure was verified.Experimental data demonstrate that the Φ88.9 mm×6.45 mm 125V BJC-FJ connection possesses excellent connection strength and anti-leakage capabilities.Field application results confirm that the BJC-FJ flush joint connection casing successfully meets the rigorous requirements for casing running,cementing operations,and large-scale repeated fracturing treatments.This study verifies that the BJC-FJ flush joint connection premium casing effectively resolves the contradiction between drift diameter and sealing performance in wellbore reconstruction,providing reliable key equipment support for the efficient potential tapping of old wells in unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.
