Development of Φ244.5 mm×11.99 mm BJC-Ⅱ Gas-tight Premium Threaded Connection
为满足非常规油气深井、超深井对中大直径油气管柱气密封性能的需求,采用负角度承载面螺纹、金属密封结构及负角度扭矩台肩等设计,开发了Φ244.5 mm×11.99 mm BJC-Ⅱ型气密封特殊螺纹连接套管,并通过有限元和实物试验相结合的方法分析验证了其密封性能.结果表明,经有限元分析,该接头在所有载荷下密封面接触良好,接头整体应力分布合理;经实物评价试验,Φ244.5 mm×11.99 mm BJC-Ⅱ型接头顺利通过上卸扣、复合载荷和极限失效载荷测试,完全满足设计要求.所开发的Φ244.5 mm×11.99 mm特殊螺纹接头具备优异的抗粘扣性能、密封完整性和承载能力,满足复杂工况气密封设计要求,能够为中大直径特殊螺纹套管的开发提供一定的借鉴.
In order to meet the need of unconventional oil and gas deep wells and ultra-deep wells for the gas-tight performance of large-medium diameter string,Φ244.5 mm×11.99 mm BJC-Ⅱ gas-tight premium threaded connection casing was successfully developed with designs such as negative angle bearing surface threads,metal sealing structures,and negative angle torque shoulders.The sealing performance was analyzed using a combination of finite element and physical testing methods.Results show that the joint has excellent sealing surface contact under all loads,and the overall stress distribution is reasonable through finite element analysis.Physical evaluation tests confirmed that the Φ244.5 mm×11.99 mm BJC-Ⅱpremium threaded connection successfully passed the make-up and break-out,combined load,and ultimate failure load tests,fully meeting design requirements.The developed Φ244.5 mm×11.99 mm premium threaded connection demonstrates superior anti-sticking performance,sealing integrity,and load-bearing capacity,satisfying the sealing design requirements for complex working conditions.It provides valuable reference for the development of large-medium diameter premium thread casings.
