Research on Mechanical Properties of X80 Line Pipe Girth Welded Joints Produced by Fully Automatic Gas Metal Arc Welding

为了研究X80管线钢管全自动熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)环焊接头的强韧性分布规律,整理某管线X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×22 mm管道20道全自动GMAW环焊接头力学性能检验结果,对环焊缝横向拉伸、全焊缝纵向拉伸,以及焊缝中心和熔合线夏比V形缺口(CVN)冲击试验数据进行了统计分析,研究了环焊接头强韧性的分布特征及离散性,对比不同环向位置的拉伸性能和冲击韧性的差异,以及内、外表面冲击韧性的变化规律.结果表明,X80全自动GMAW环焊接头达到高强匹配,环焊缝抗拉强度匹配系数的平均值大于1.13;全焊缝纵向拉伸性能的离散性较大,其中抗拉强度的波动范围明显大于环焊缝横向,且屈强比高;环焊接头不同环向位置的拉伸性能差异很小.X80全自动GMAW环焊接头的冲击韧性良好,熔合线冲击吸收能量的离散性大于焊缝中心,且存在个别低值数据;立焊位置的冲击吸收能量略低于平焊和仰焊位置,管道内表面的冲击吸收能量略高于外表面.

To investigate the distribution law of strength and toughness of automatic gas metal arc welding(GMAW)girth welded joints of X80 pipelines,mechanical property test data of 20 automatic GMAW girth welded joints of X80 with specification Φ1219 mm×22 mm from a certain pipeline project were collected.Statistical analyses were conducted on the test data of transverse tensile of girth welds,longitudinal tensile of full welds,and Charpy V-notch(CVN)impact tests at weld centers and fusion lines.The distribution characteristics and dispersion of strength and toughness of girth welded joints were studied,and comparisons were made on the tensile properties and impact toughness at different circumferential positions,as well as the changing rules in impact toughness between inner and outer surfaces.Results show that the automatic GMAW girth welded joints of X80 achieve high-strength matching,with the average value of the tensile strength matching coefficient of girth welds greater than 1.13.The longitudinal tensile properties of full welds have large dispersion,among which the fluctuation of tensile strength is significantly larger than that of the transverse direction of girth welds,and the yield ratio is high.The differences in tensile properties at different circumferential positions of girth welded joints are very small.The impact toughness of automatic GMAW girth welded joints of X80 is favorable;the dispersion of impact absorption energy at fusion lines is greater than that at weld centers,with occasional low values data.The impact absorption energy at vertical welding position is slightly lower than that at flat and overhead welding positions,and the impact absorption energy at the inner surface is slightly higher than that at the outer surface.
