为探究搅拌摩擦沉积(AFSD)固相增材制造成形过程中构建方向对6061铝合金显微组织及力学性能的影响,以6061-T6铝合金棒材为试验基材,采用AFSD工艺制备沉积试样,分别从平行沉积方向(xoy 成型面)与垂直沉积方向(yoz 成型面)取样,结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,研究不同沉积方向下析出相的种类与分布特征,并分析其显微组织和力学性能差异.结果表明,在优化后的工艺参数下,AFSD制备的 6061 铝合金试样成型良好、致密性优异;xoy与yoz成型面微观组织无显著差异,主导晶粒尺寸均集中于 3~6 μm,晶界形貌及晶体取向呈随机分布;力学性能表现出各向同性特征,延伸率的差异源于微观缺陷的统计分布,而非织构等方向性调控作用.研究结果可为理解AFSD固相增材制造铝合金的力学行为、优化该工艺成形质量提供参考.

To explore the effects of build direction on microstructure and mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy during solid-state additive friction stir deposition(AFSD),6061-T6 aluminum alloy rods were adopted as raw materials,and deposited samples were fabricated by the AFSD process.Samples were extracted along the parallel deposition direction(xoy forming surface)and vertical deposition direction(yoz forming surface),respectively.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)were used to analyze the types and distribution characteristics of precipitated phases under different build orientations,as well as the differences in microstructure and mechanical properties.The results reveal that under optimized process parameters,6061 aluminum alloy samples fabricated by AFSD possess favorable forming performance and excellent densification.There is no obvious difference in microstructure between xoy and yoz forming surfaces.The dominant grain sizes range from 3 μm to 6 μm,and both grain boundary morphology and crystallographic orientations present random distribution.The mechanical strength exhibits obvious isotropic behavior,and the difference in elongation originates from the statistical distribution of microdefects,rather than texture-induced directional anisotropy.The results provide reliable data support for further understanding the mechanical behavior of aluminum alloys fabricated by AFSD solid-state additive manufacturing,and supply valuable guidance for improving the forming quality of this process.
