Influence of Cladding Speed on Microstructure and Properties of AlCoCrFeNi High-entropy Alloy by Plasma Cladding Coatings

为探究等离子熔覆速度对AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金涂层组织与性能的影响,分别采用420 mm/min、300 mm/min、180 mm/min的熔覆速度在35CrMo钢表面制备AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金等离子熔覆涂层,利用体视显微镜、金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪以及显微硬度计对不同熔覆速度下获得的涂层进行了组织和性能的表征测试.结果表明,随着熔覆速度的降低,熔覆层的横截面尺寸逐渐增大,稀释率逐渐降低;各熔覆层从底部到上部依次出现了平面晶、柱状晶、树枝晶和等轴晶,且各部位晶粒尺寸随熔覆速度的降低而增大;各熔覆层的显微硬度和耐腐蚀性能都显著优于35CrMo基体,随着熔覆速度的降低,熔覆层的显微硬度逐渐降低而耐腐蚀性能逐渐提高.

To investigate the effect of plasma cladding speed on the microstructure and properties of AlCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy coatings,AlCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy plasma cladding coatings were prepared on the surface of 35CrMo steel at cladding speeds of 420 mm/min,300 mm/min,and 180 mm/min,respectively.The microstructure and properties of the coatings obtained at different cladding speeds were characterized and tested using stereomicroscope,metallographic microscope,X-ray diffractometer,and microhardness tester.Results indicate that as the cladding speed decreases,the cross-sectional dimensions of the cladding layer gradually increase,while the dilution rate gradually decreases.In each cladding layer,planar,columnar,dendritic crystals,and equiaxed crystals appear sequentially from the bottom to the top,and the grain size at each position increases with the decrease in cladding speed.Each cladding layer's microhardness and corrosion resistance are significantly superior to those of the 35CrMo substrate.As the cladding speed decreases,the microhardness of the cladding layer gradually decreases,while the corrosion resistance gradually increases.
